Why Backerkit?
We realized halfway through our campaign that there were quite a few add ons and a lot of items to choose from and Backerkit provided a simplified survey that is backer friendly and to make the survey process faster.

I'd like to include more add ons to what I already pledged
Thanks for the extra support! You can definitely do that during the survey. After you’ve selected your responses for the survey, the next page will take you to add-ons which you can then select and pay for at checkout in Backerkit. You will not be charged for your purchase until closer to shipping date which would be around early may. We will have an update on Kickstarter when add-ons will be charged!

If I added additional tiara pins during my survey will I get the Diana potion bottle pin or will I have to buy it?
You will most definitely receive the Diana pin for free! We’re still considering this survey period part of the kickstarter, so all kickstarter rules apply! If you’ve only pledged for 1 tiara pin and added 2 extra then you are eligible to receive the Diana potion bottle for free! :) I will check over all add on purchases done during the survey period and if you qualify I will automatically add it in so no worries on your end! (But if you’d like you can also message me so it’s a quicker process!)

Can I get more than one of the same tiara pin design?
Of course! If you pledged for more than one pin the survey will allow you to choose whichever pin you’d like. So if you pledged for 3 pins you can most definitely have all of them be Sailor Moon.

Do I have to indicate the freebies I'm getting for my tier?
Not at all! Once you get to the add-on page you can see the pledge level you had on Kickstarter and all it’s freebies already included in it!

I backed the project through Etsy. What do I need to know about this survey?
We’ve manually added all Etsy backers to be included in the Backerkit survey to be more inclusive of everyone that backed the project. One of the other reasons we did so is to keep better track of all the products we would need to make.
We would love it if you could fill it out real quick so we can have the information merged with the rest of the Kickstarter pledges.
A few things to note: You will notice that all items have been preadded to your survey depending on your choices on the Etsy listing. If there are any discrepancy with prices it is because I could not manually add in the taxes needed from Etsy to this survey but everything else should already be added in, including all freebies for your tier! As mentioned we mainly just need the survey to keep track of production amounts!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
